Before you contact us

PDFMaple is a lightweight suite of online PDF tools. If something goes wrong, the fastest way for us to help is to include a few details so we can reproduce the issue.

What to include in a support request

  • The tool you used (for example, Merge PDF, Compress PDF, or PDF to Word).
  • Your browser and device (Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone, etc.).
  • Approximate file size and number of pages.
  • The exact error message (a screenshot is helpful).

Common quick fixes

  • If a PDF won’t open or looks corrupted, try Repair PDF first, then rerun your tool.
  • If you’re hitting an upload limit, run Compress PDF to reduce the file size.
  • If downloads are blocked, check your browser’s download permissions or try a different browser.
